1. Palak (Spinach): Palak Vitamin K ka accha source hai. Ye dark leafy green vegetable hai aur ismein Vitamin K ke saath saath iron, calcium, aur fiber bhi paya jata hai.

4. Mooli (Radish): Mooli mein bhi Vitamin K paya jata hai. Ye root vegetable hai aur ismein Vitamin K ke saath saath Vitamin C, fiber, aur folate bhi hota hai.

5. Soybean Oil: Soybean oil Vitamin K ka accha source hai. Ye commonly cooking oil ke roop mein istemal kiya jata hai. Soybean oil ke saath saath soybeans bhi Vitamin K ka accha source hote hain.
