Khoon ki kami ya anemia se jujh rahe logon ke liye, kuch aise chize hain jo khoon badhane mein madad karte hain. Yahan kuch aise chize hain:

1. Palak (Spinach): Palak khoon badhane ke liye acchi maane jaati hai. Ye iron-rich hai aur hemoglobin ki matra badhane mein madad karta hai. Palak ko khane ke saath saath, palak ka juice bhi piya ja sakta hai.

2. Beetroot: Chukandar (beetroot) bhi khoon badhane ke liye upyogi hai. Ismein folate, iron, aur Vitamin C paya jata hai. Chukandar ka juice piya ja sakta hai ya fir salad mein shamil kiya ja sakta hai.
